This year we spent our first Christmas at home and we were joined by Grandma, Grandad, Uncle A and Aunty B. They all came down on Christmas eve. On Christmas morning we got up and had a lovely breakfast of pastries and fruit, Fidget enjoyed her brioche, blueberries and grapes.

M got on with cooking the turkey while we all got dressed. When everyone was back down we started opening presents. Fidget got well into the swing of things, and helped everyone else open their presents too.
She got lots of great presents, and we will try and get pictures for the blog of them all. Thanks to everyone.
She wore her dress that she had got from Great Aunt and Uncle S and K.

Fidget got a doll, accessories and pram from Grandma and Grandad, she was really chuffed with them...

Aunty B and Uncle A were delighted with the homemade (by me) snake draft excluder...
Fidget got a keyboard from Great Grandma...
I got some great earmuffs, and Fidget got a super tea set from the Starks, she has really enjoyed playing with it.

DJ Fidget's earmuffs are from Mummy and Daddy...

She got a spinning top from Grandma and Grandad

We all enjoyed the food, it was delicious....

Fidget also got some baby mechano from Mummy and Daddy...

everyone had a go putting it together

On boxing day we went out for a walk along the Bristol - Bath cycle path
We stopped at Mangotsfield station for a cup of coffee and some biscuits

The light was fantastic for photos

but it was very cold so we headed back...

at home we had hot chocolate, with a nip of whisky for me and Grandad. (Thanks to Granny for the lovely top and jeans Fidget is wearing)

The day after boxing day, everyone left. It was still bitterly cold, so for a trip across to the park we made sure Fidget was well wrapped up...

This morning we decided that a trip out to the city farm would be fun, but on arrival found it closed until early in the new year. We went to a nearby garden centre for lunch.

Back home we had a great afternoon playing,

thanks to the Booths for the lovely dress and top
