Tuesday afternoon was mummies afternoon at the Challis Palace. As it is half term we had S and little T with us, so we decided to try and take some pictures of the baby gang. With little I's crawling, and quite a bit of bawling, it was quite a hard task, but I think between us we got a few pictures....

Its been a busy bank holiday weekend so quite a lot to get through in this post, Friday was Fidget's 45 week birthday, but again no pictures until Saturday...
Grandma, Grandad and Uncle A came down to visit, as it was my birthday over the weekend. On Saturday morning Grandma and Uncle A helped out in the garden while Grandad looked after Fidget letting me get out and do some planting. Fidget and Grandad had great fun playing humpty dumpty...

On Saturday afternoon we had to find a pub showing the Hull City v Bristol City match, there were no other Hull City supporters and when Hull scored their (winning) goal, the cheers were quite restrained, but we had a celebration with "Hull City" bear when we got home...
Saturday evening was the Eurovision Song Contest, several countries were represented at the Challis Palace...
Poland
Turkey
Denmark
and France
A great evening was had by all, though it did get a bit much towards the end of the 3 hr extravaganza...

We did try to make up for it, with some lovely cocktails in the evening
Sweden
Sunday was pretty damp, we ate some nice food
and then to up the excitement factor - went to visit a car dealership and bought a new buggie for Fidget.

Fidget was 44 weeks old on Friday, but it was a classic fun packed Daddy day, so no photos.
On Friday evening, we gave Fidget her bath as usual, put her in her sleeping bag and fed her, but instead of being put to bed, she was taken out to the car which she thought was very amusing...for a little while until it all got a bit tiring. She woke up briefly to find herself at Granny and Grandpas house, but settled down happily in the cot there.
