Sunday was Mother's day, Fidget and M made me a delicious cake, we then went out for a typical Mother's day treat - a visit to B&Q! This was however followed up with lunch at our family favourite...Chiqutos!

It was a lovely sunny day so Fidget borrowed my glasses...

and we went back home, where M looked after the girls and I got to potter around the garden - bliss. I got my first early potatoes in and did some general tidying and weeding.

On Monday we had to go see Sister Thecla about arrangements for the Christening, so M took the afternoon off. We had promised Fidget a visit to the swimming pool, but it looks like she has a lingering ear infection that is linked to the cough she has so we decided to go to ugly bugs soft play instead. It was pretty quiet but we all had a good time...
