We drove up on Thursday evening. On Friday, Grandad had organised an egg hunt in the garden...
at first...
Squidge really enjoyed looking at the exhibits...

I did end up with alot of blurry dark pictures of the back of Fidget's head as she looked at fish!, with one or two usable ones...

cousin C...
nice eyebrow raise Squidge!

There was lots of photo taking, G and A comparing shots...
We stopped for lunch...

then continued exploring...

Squidge got a bit hungry, so her and I nipped off up to the cafe, while Fidget and Daddy enjoyed the view climbing the stairs through the main tank with the others,
then joined me in the cafe.
We then went back to Great Anuty and Uncle M & S's house. Granny and Grandpa were there, and had presents for Squidge and Fidget. Fidget loved her new butterfly jewellry and looked very pretty in them...

Three was lots of present giving, both Easter presents and presents for Squidge for her Christening. Thanks to everyone - I will try to get the thank you letters out soon!!
We spent Sunday morning with Grandma and Grandad, Fidget tried on Squidge's butterfly wings and also had on the new clothes and jewellry from Granny.

Fidget had already amassed an impressive amount of Easter chocolate and sweets, so we let her make a start...
after lunch we went back over to Aunty M & Uncle S's. M's cousin E had brought over some of her old jewellry and dolls for the younger cousins to play with, it was all a hit with Fidget...
then it was time for another Easter egg hunt...
starting off with dainty bags...
the garden was festooned with chocolate and sweets, so the bags soon became full...
a little egg hunt rage...
even Squidge got involved with looking after Fidget's loot, while she continued to hunt...
soon the dainty bags needed to be decanted into bin bags!!...
a fresh basket, more eggs to find...

cousin C...
cousins R and C...
cousin N...
after the hunt, the girls spent much of their time out in the hall playing with the jewellry and dolls...
the nail polish was very popular!
Fidget had a go painting her toenails and also her toes!

Monday was the service to celebrate Great Aunty and Uncle M & S's silver wedding anniversary.
it was at Holy Cross, which is the church M & I were married at, and where Fidget was Christened. Afterwards there was a party in the garden room.

We tried to get a picture of Fidget and her cousins together, this was about the best we managed...
R & N were naturals infront of the camera...
Fidget perked up when she was given the task of helping Squidge get in the picture...
we then tried to get them all in...
not much luck!

time for a team Challis photo call...
on returning inside, we were suprised to find that Grandpa was not only helping out in the kitchen but had donned a pink pinny!
Fidget made freinds with Great Uncle H...
they certainly seemed to be on a wavelength
