Granny and Grandpa left last Tuesday, so Wednesday and Thursday I was on my own with Wa-wa, while Fidget was at nursery, which went ok. It made me realise how easy it was only having only 1! But of course at the time with Fidget I didn't think it was easy, as it was in comparison with having no children!!


Wa-wa is getting better at sleeping in her chair and not on a person or upright, which is more freeing.

Granny and Grandpa came back on Friday, so far I haven't had a day on my own with both Wa-wa and Fidget, but I am figuring out and preparing all the things I will need to have ready and do to make it go as smooth as possible when I do.

Fidget is really lovely with Wa-wa, very gentle and very keen to interact with her. Wa-wa finds Fidget fascinating too...

On Saturday Granny and Fidget did some cooking. They made an apple pie, Fidget was in charge of adding the lemon juice. As Granny turned away to peel more apples, Fidget decided that more lemon was needed, Granny only later realised that half a bottle of lemon juice had been added! I have to say I really liked lemony apple pie! With the leftover pastry they made cheese straws...

On Sunday morning, Fidget and I made a car for bear...

Grandma and Grandad arrived, Fidget was really pleased to see them...

We all had lunch together with some champagne, before Granny and Grandpa left.

We took some pictures, but at that point my camera ran out of batteries, so Grandpa took them on his camera - so hopefully I will be able to load them up soon.

Grandad had to go home on Tuesday, but Grandma is here until Monday.

Grandma and Grandad bought Fidget a play cash register and basket of shopping, it is ace, Fidget hasn't played with anything else since!
